Simply put, Spencer is THE BEST agent we have ever worked with. I’d recommend him even if you have a friend or family member who is also a Realtor. This was the third time we looked to buy a home. The previous two were flops mostly because of incompetent agents who were more worried about their commission than helping us. Spencer was quite the opposite. Even from the start, Spencer helped guide us through the pre-aproval process referring us to an excellent mortgage broker who with Spencer’s help was able to get things moving quickly for us. Spencer was very patient as we looked at a variety of home ranging from single family homes to 4-plexes and gave us sound advice including pros and cons to each property pointing things out that we missed or hadn’t thought about. When we finally found the property we purchased, Spencer was instrumental in making the deal happen. The property was under contract when we first submitted our offer but Spencer worked his magic and the seller rejected the previous offer. Spencer helped us as we made offers and counter offers to ensure we were asking for the right things and had the proper deadlines to make everything go smoothly. All in all we went from looking at single family homes to purchasing what we feel is probably one of the best investment properties in all of Provo.
